Life Saver Promise

Here at SYS Tactical, we strive to provide reasonable priced, life saving equipment with the intent of helping save as many lives as possible. When you purchase any of our kits, you'll be backed by our Life Saver Promise. If you have to use one of our kits in the field and you helped save a life, we will replace whatever equipment was used free of charge (excluding shipping cost). 

Items eligible for free replacement:

• Tourniquet
• Chest Seals
• Needle Decompression
• Nasopharyngeal Airway 
• Celox-A Hemostatic Agent
• Emergency Pressure Dressing

How to get replacement equipment:

Please send an email to info@systactical.com and include the following:

Your name, proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.), reasonable proof that a life was saved, describe what happened, and tell us what items need replacing. Upon approval, you'll receive an email with an invoice to collect payment for shipping. Once payment has been received, your replacement parts will be shipped out ASAP!

*Valid for 6 years from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. By claiming your free replacement items, you authorize Save Yourself Tactical LLC and SYS Tactical to use your first name, state of residence, and provided story for reviews and marketing purposes.
