This kit has all the basics needed to stop major hemorrhaging which, when caused by traumatic injury (car accidents, gunshot wounds, etc.), is the leading cause of death of Americans from one to 46 years of age.

Our Basic kit can be attached to backpacks, chest rigs, etc. with the kit's molle straps. It is perfect for attaching to headrests in vehicles, UTV's, etc with the quick 'rip away' feature.

Great basic kit to carry
The package came a little late because I'm from the heart of Europe, but that's not the fault of SYStactical.
Overall, the perfect kit I needed to feel a lot safer out there, even tho my country isn't a victim of mass shootings it's nice to have something if the worst case scenario happens.
Everything is nicely and compact packed together while also having enough space inside to make all the tools easily accessible.
Also shoutout to doccombat who recommended this kit.
The hand-written card shows how much love and effort they put in their work in order to safe lives.
I really hope I don't have to use this kit, but if it happens, I think I could'nt be better off then with this pack of pure aid. Thanks!

I purchased the kit in Thursday and it had already arrived that Sunday. Everything in the kit was high quality.
I couldn’t find any other brand selling a pre-built IFAK with better quality and value. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to go through the process of gilding their own. Shipping was also quick and the people behind this are great. ( shout out doccombat for recommending them)
